Which door does the clue mean?
“Pumpkin King” points to Jack Skellington, but the item this duty checks is the Candy Cane Door from the current Star Path rewards. Jack’s exterior front door and the pumpkin-marked tree portal are easy distractions.

How to complete the duty
- Unlock and redeem the door. Open the Haunting Elegance rewards, progress to page 5 and exchange 60 Pumpkin Tokens for the Candy Cane Door. Follow each page’s on-screen unlock requirement.
- Replace a door inside your home. Go indoors, enter Furniture mode and select an existing interior door. Use the replacement option to choose the Candy Cane Door.
- Take an in-game photo. Leave Furniture mode, equip the Camera and include the installed door in the shot.
- Check the routine duty. Confirm the counter reaches 1/1, then collect the listed 40-token reward.
You are replacing an existing interior door, rather than looking for a new location somewhere in the Valley.
If the photo does not count
First check the item name and whether this routine duty is available to you. Try a clearer view of the installed door without furniture in front of it, then check the counter again. These are troubleshooting suggestions, not a guaranteed fix.
If the problem persists, use Gameloft’s official support and include your platform and a screenshot of the active duty. Avoid spending tokens on unrelated doors to troubleshoot it.
